Workspaces let you group documents for focused chat sessions. Unlike folders (which organize), workspaces control which documents the AI can see when answering questions.
- Create a workspace: In the Documents tab, click "โ New Workspace". Give it a name and select which documents to include.
- Activate a workspace: Click a workspace chip in the Documents tab. The AI will only use those documents for answers.
- Filter chat: In the Chat sidebar, use the "๐ Workspace" dropdown to limit the AI's context to one workspace.
- Edit: Click โ๏ธ on a workspace chip to rename or change its documents.
- Delete: Click โ on a workspace chip. Documents are NOT deleted, only the workspace grouping.
๐ก Tip: Use folders to organize (like file cabinet drawers), and workspaces to focus the AI (like opening specific folders on your desk).
